About Kelly Bater

Kelly has almost two decades of experience in human resource management which she gained in increasingly senior HR roles at local, national, and multinational organisations.

In 2013, Kelly recognised that small and medium sized businesses frequently face the same risks, rules and challenges as large companies, but generally lack the HR knowledge and expertise do deal with them correctly.

This, coupled with a desire to help smaller businesses attract, recruit, and retain good staff, and navigate potential employment minefields such as redundancy and dismissal, convinced Kelly to set up K Bater Consultancy to provide these business with the skills, knowledge and resources they desperately need.

Kelly is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management.
